alright i have a 20g tank .....everything has been going good for abput a month have about 8lbs of live rock still need more but money wise has beeen down also have to chromis damsels alond with some hermits water is perfect as i say .....now i have a 30 g biowheel and a dual satellite by current as my lighting its around 50 wtts ...myquestion is do i need to upgrade to a skimmer or change anything ill be adding coral shortly ...if i do need a skimmer which would be the best for me are they hard to setup?

i have the seaclone 150 on my 20 long and i l.ove it. a lot of peaple trash talk the seaclone but i pull this out every 3-4 days

my buddeis mom has a 40 breeder and she doesnt use any filter or skimmer she does water changes once a week but that can get pricey. i also have 150 watts of light via 2x65 watt cf and a 20 watt no actinic. anyways man do you have any pics? here is some more of mine.

I have a 20g and I was skimmerless for the first 8 months. Just got a skimmer last week and there is a HUGE improvement. I ordered the Octopus BH-100 from thereefstop.com. IMHO best 100 bucks Ive spent so far.

yea i would look around as i didnt have the internet or this site when i first started i would look on the used dry goods, you can get pretty good deals. i did go skimmerles for the first 6-8 months too.

What pump are you runing on your seaclone. I have on laying around, i tried a cupple of different pumps but didn't have much luck with it. Yours looks great.
