What kind of filtration do I need if I plan to do a weekly water change of 10%. It will be filled with soft corals with 1 fish and clean up crew.

Not much options - for this size of tank usually HOB power filter is used, sometimes with frequently changed filter floss.

You will see - if this is not enough, and tank becomes dirty in no time - then may be more fine filtration with more flow through filtration. The only one I know is a micron socks, small DIY bags.

uh no.... that is a HUGE water change for a pico... i have a 5g pico, with no filter. I just use a powerhead for water circulation, and do a 25% wc every 3-4 days...

Key here is to select a very small fish - like a clown goby that wont make much waste...
