i have been having this problem for a long time....

my tank 1.5 gallon has a few corals which dont seem to open like the red mushroom...

next my tanks temperature fluctuates too much... way too much.. 26.7 in the morning and 24 at night.. heater makes it worse

i put it in my airconditioned room any suggestions pls help me!!!

A 1.5 gallon tank is considered more difficult to keep stable.


Maybe you need a higher quality heather. With a tank that small, a misadjustment with the heater could easily cook everything inside.


Are you around the tank all day? If so, you could use a fan pointed at the water to keep the tank cool, the heater will make sure it doesn't get too cool. The problem then is that you will have to constantly add freshwater to the tank to make up for what you've lost in evaporation.
