All that was required was a length of 4in PVC and a cap. An old PC light reflector and some screws.
I first split the PVC in half then glued the cap on painted it and mounted the light. The best part is that you can barely see it and it doesnt leak any light into the room while its on. The only way to tell that its working is to look at the overflow. as some light leaks through into the tank.
