has anyone dove in Costa Rica and if so have any suggestions for diveing ther in Jan.?

I heard dives off Cocos Island were pretty good. Check out this site, a guy on another board posted the link after his trip from costa rica. http://www.underseahunter.com

I've dove at the Catalina Islands near Tamarindo. There is a dive shot/hotel place called Ocotal there. The surfing is good there too.

Low viz, and colder, but there are many huge mantas - at least when I was there.
