what heater to use for pico 3g tank

I just bought the JBJ pico 3 gallon tank and need to get heater for it. Is there anything in the market for a 15W heater that is compact and would not be noticeable?

i couldnt find anything for mine, everything small did not have a thermostat... I wound up building mine into the closed loop system behind the tank...

How bout the light that goes over it?? I ended up ditchin the heater in mine cuz the lights made it warm enough.
