weird white worm! is it a bad thing?

I just discovered a long thin worm on the glass of my tank. It is about 2-3 inches long...with ribbon like curves back and forth along its length..itis needle thin and pure white.

Is it a parasite or a sign of something bad in my tank?

i believe they are good, at least i hope so i have lots of them.

If they r what I think they are they are called spagetti worms. Usually they generate out of a rock or coral base. My tank has tons of them. They are good for your tank and will not harm your corals
