So here's the deal. i have had my tank going for about 3 weeks now and I have been testing the water at least once a week. After the first week I noticed a huge spike in Amonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates. The second week I saw the levels drop drastically including a 0 Amonia reading So I figured my cycle was over. So I added a much needed CUC. They have been in the tank for about 4 days now and have completly irradicated all signs of brown and green algae. Anyhow, I tested the water again today and noticed a small reading of amonia and nitrites and a 0 sign of nitrates. My question is is my tank done cycling or did I jump the gun on adding the CUC. Can I do a water change yet? The following are the water parameters from day one till now.

10/18 - Added CUC

Should I do a water change? Or ios my tank still cycling?

I'd do a water change.

You're probably seeing a mini cycle because of the inverts you added. Yes, they eat algae, but they also add to the bioload of the tank. Water changes in nanos are always good things.

Beat me to it. Mal gives some good advice here.

Is it safe to put some snails during cycle or not?

I would make sure your test kit is correct....

If you didn't do a water change this whole time and you don't have a fuge/skimmer your nitrAtes should still be showing up.
