Small pliers and cut from the underside. the frags will be a little washed out but they will color up with time. Very simple.

That last pic looks like it could be A. selago, but I can't be sure until I see the frag. :D

Lately (much to my wife's chagrin), I've been using a pair of cuticle scissors, to get into the hard to reach places. I've tried using Needle Nose pliers, which do work well, but they tend to rust out on me very quickly, and are in some cases too large to get where I need them. The Cuticle scissors I have are stainless steel, so it takes them a few months to rust out, and can get into nearly every place I've tried to frag.
