bottom front glass seam leaks slightly, will need repair, otherwise great condition

Dimensions are :

Glass Tank is approx 72 x 24 x 29

Stand is approx 73 x 25 x 32

Canopy is approx 72.5 x24 x 10

The 175 is SOLD and has been picked up !!
