bug in tank

We were cleaning the glass near the top and all of a sudden this bug, came following down. We took pictures top and bottom, in the water it had a yellow ring around it.

Do a search on "limpet"for a more specific ID. Some are harmless while others can be potentially harmfull, most I have seen are not, but usually if it's colorfull(like that one) caution is advised ;)
