BAR will host a presentation by the Steinhart Aquarium on Saturday, October 13th.
The meeting will be at ASAP (http://www.bareefers.org/public/ASAP%20Directions.aspx) and will begin at 1pm.

That will be the day right after our Chico meeting. I **LOVE** the Steinhart Aquarium. Thanks for the notice and I will see if my schedule will allow my attendance. Anyone else interested in attending?

A major component of the Steinhart Aquarium's $450 million renovation in Golden Gate Park is a 200,000 gallon living coral reef tank and shark lagoon. This represents the largest living coral reef undertaken in this hempisphere, and the deepest in the world. Steinhart biologist Matt Wandell will give us a behind the scenes look at the design and construction of this unique exhibit due to open in late 2008
