CRAC's 1st Meeting - Sat. 9/8 @ 1 PM (BBQ)

The Capital Reef Aquarist Club's very first meeting is being held Saturday 9/8/07 at 1 PM. It's at my house in Guilderland.

It'll be a Potluck BBQ. I'll provide the meat and plates and forks and knives and cups; you bring a dish or drinks or dessert or whatever makes sense for a BBQ.

Spouses, Kids, Friends, and Significant Others are all welcome.

If you plan on attending, please add your name to the list of attendees, any guests, and what you're bringing.

Also, PM me with an email address so I can send you directions.

To enable the most folks to make our first meeting/BBQ, what does everyone think about making it a 4 - 7 or 8 PM event instead of starting at 1 PM?

that would be fine with me. I still have the weekend covered from the hospital, so I should be OK, but 4pm would be more convenient so I can do some work earlier

Sorry all, but Rainer just let me know that he had to work all night so he won't be able to make it today. Given that he started all of this, I'd prefer to wait until he can make it. So, meeting cancelled. :(

Sorry all, but I am getting ready to go back to the hospital now. I am sure I will get out before 4pm, so, if the meeting depends on me, which it by no means should, I will try to make it. I wish you would all still meet - you are a bunch of great people who will have fun.

As I wrote to Chris, I am never dependable with time and dates, as my work environment dictates my free time.

I very much apologize and hope you will still meet.
