First off...Thank you for the great info. I have just been introduced to my first bout with ich and will use Hypo-salinity and daily 50% water changes.
How long should I do the hypo for? Should I do this (hypo) in conjunction with water changes or hypo first then WC or visa verse

I would just use the hyposalinity. Doing the daily water changes in junction leaves to much possibility that the target salinity could drift and become ineffective.

I believe the published time frame for hyposalinity is two weeks, but a lot of people have been using 4-6 weeks.

Okay, If I just use hypo for say 2-4 weeks, Should I continue QT for another several weeks after hypo is complete? If so, how long?
How slowly should I raise sg after hypo?

Whenever completing any treatment, fish should remain in quarantine for an additional month minimum for close observation to make sure the treatment was effective.

The salinity should be gradually increased following hyposalinity.
