I am trying to determine if this is an Oxypora and if the coloration of bright blue is common. Any help would be appreciated.http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/87870tank_pics_007.JPG

When trying to get a "good guess" on chalice corals it's really important to try and get a good image showing polyp structure, and direction of growth on them as well as overall form. Aimless direction of polyp growth are indicative of a certain genera while symetrical placement and outward direction are indicative others. From the pic I still cant rule out echinophyllia, echinopora, or oxpora.
As far as common I would say seasonal to uncommon. More likely to obtain from a fellow reefer(which would be considered fairly accessable to a collector of echinos) than at the LFS.
Sorry not too helpfull at the moment :)

My best guess would be echinophyllia. I think oxyporas have more raised eyes. Light blue is not a common color but it is out there. I keep mine in low light for the best color.
