i cant decide on a light fixture help please

ok i cant decide what lighting will be best for my new 29g tank 30"L 12"D 20"T for corals im gonna keep mostly zoos/ricordeas/some lps.

should i go with 150w HQI 14,000k Phoenix / 250w HQI 14,000K Phoenix / tek light 24" 4x 24w T5 HO? what do you guys think will be my best choice?

if it is only 20" tall a 150 will easily give you the light you need unless you try to to put sps on the bottom with a 20k bulb. for that setup though you might think about the T5 because the tank is a bit long for a single bulb halide. The tek light will work great, run cooler and probably even put out more par depending on the bulb selection you make. I have both halide and T5 and it it were me with your tank I would just go T5.
