OT: Recladding a house...??

We have an older house, mainly brick, but an extension was added on 20ish years ago. The extension is done in a type of beadboard(?). We'd like to get the extension better insulated and the whole house re-clad in a stucco(?) type material. Several houses in the neighborhood have had this done to them and look quite nice. If anyone knows someone who does this type of work, shoot me a PM if you would...

I've thought of that, but unfortunately don't speak spanish that well! And they didn't actually have it done, the people redid the house before they sold it (or it was flipped, not sure)....
