MH ballast repair

I have a MH ballast that after 3 years and a month (the warranty is 3 years) is no longer running one of the two halides in my Maristar system. I have switched the cords on the ballast to make sure it's the ballast and not the fixture in the hood. Sunlight Supply said that I should find an electrical supply company locally to repair the ballast. Has anyone locally used anyone they would recommend? Any help is appreciated.

Im not familiar with the Maristar setup, but is it a dual ballast? If this is the case, the ballast box should have 2 seperate ballasts inside of it and you should be able to just replace one of them.
