long story short, I bought this from a guy in Tennessee, and he dropped off at the main offices of the company I work for since he lived only 20 min away from there, and they shipped it to me. UPS did about everything short of running over the box, and broke off collection cup. My company didn't insure package so I am out of luck. I since recieved a DAS skimmer I ordered along time ago, and had given up on, and just bought this. well now the DAS comes in so I have 2 skimmers. I used weld-on 16, and repaired the cup. It may not look as pretty as it used to, but it is fully functional, and euroreef sells replacement cups if you wanted to make it look all nice again. $170
