That would be my guess as well.

It looks more like A. divaricata to me. A. kimbeensis has non-touching radials and these are pretty regular and just touching. Also, the growth form, at this small size, resembles no A. kimbesensis I have seen, which is often spikier and less obtuse in its secondary branch angles.
just another opinion.
