Daisy Coral Spawned ?

I have a daisy coral that I have had for around a year. It has been very healthy, and is always looking like it is extended to its maximum. Last night I was doing some tank cleaning, and found these two small cocoons. They are clear, a brown yellow colour. Out of the end of them are very small daisy coral polyps (I think). They have 12 petals, and are the same colour. Is this how these corals reproduce ?..Could this have been a result of my 75 gallon emergency water change....Is there any special care I need to take with these mini corals, or just let them be.. ?..
