Here's the start of mine. Still cycling. I think it will be cycling for a few months now as my horse decided to bless me with a $3500 vet bill over the weekend. How come they do that right when you have a few $$$'s set aside for corals grrrrrrrrr ';-). That pic was taken a few weeks ago I now have sand in there too. I have 35lbs of MI LR from PA's. Sorry it's not much to show off but I'm really pleased with my aquascaping. Got lots of caves, overhangs and tunnels going on in there. Eventually I want a breeding pair of clowns and loads of ric's :D My lighting is a 30" Sunpod 150w HQI. I have 2 ac 50 ph's an ac 110 HOB which will be a fuge and a Remora skimmer.

nice tank ... i bet with some tinkering you could open up some more caves with the rock, especially on the left ... MI rock is the best

Thanks.

Hows this...moved the top two and opened up a nice overhang (hard to see in the pic ) and a swim through cave?

Wow, very impresive anguswu. Please tell me what supplements you use and what your water perameters are.

I changed sea water 20% every week. I only add one drop Iodine once a week, no other supplement. The water parameters are as follows,
NO2 : 0
NO3 : 10
PO4 : 0.25
pH: 8.2
Density : 1.021~1.023
Ca: 420
kH:7

You don't add a calcium supplement? Your tank makes me want to get T5 atinics added to my 20000K HQI. Do you have the Outer Orbit by Current?

anguswu

I don't add calcium supplement. I have outer back filtration. You can see it in my thread.

Great tanks out there - aquascaping, corals, lighting...
I'm inspired, mine is in the works...

For those with Biocube, what is the purple you have on the back wall - I've seen this quite a bit and assume it is good...

On the BC29's what type of lighting and flow?
