My tank is all green 9gal nano wave btw. the temp is not staying where I want it like 80 any suggestions fan ect
and how long should i leave the lights on I only have some polyps a few mushrooms I have been doing water changes 2 gal every few days and its not clearing.

lights now more then 10 -12 hours and how lod is the tank new tanks now matter how much u clean them they will still have algae should take anywere from 3-6 mth. befour its gone

what kind of water are you using? tap? RO? distilled?

what about cleaning crew? hermits? snails? also I would say only about 10 hours of lights

couple hermits some nass, and astrea snails the water is the only thing green there is no growth other than that

Have your lights on later in the day at night. Set your heater to 80F. With the green algae problem have your lights on for less hours. 5-6 hours. I have my mh lights on for 5 hours.
