Well, I've been lurking on the site for awhile and finally went out and got one for myself. I followed the advice for many of your posts and knocked out the false bottom in chamber 1 for the heater. Also ditched the bioballs for live rock rubble. Also swapped the stock pump for a Maxijet 1200 I had in my old tank.

I moved what live rock I had left in my 58G tank that I'm selling and all of the livestock to the new setup this afternoon. Also picked up some freshly cured live rock from the LFS this AM. So far everything seems happy.

Looking good. We also have a 29 BC. We just added the skimmer and WOW what a difference.

Thanks. No skimmer yet. I may upgrade the lighting first. Although I'm surprised at how well everything opened up since the old tank was using a 250W 10000K MH setup.

The next thing I need to install is my light mod from nanotuners. It should put me at 4-5 watts per gallon.
