I am having a problem with my 9 Geismann MH Light fixtures 3 MH bulbs each 250watts. The fixtures are setup with 220 ballasts. I tested with a volt meter and I'm running 234v to them. Which in turn is heating up the MH's and when they go above 130 degrees C they shut off so there is this constant on and off of 27 different MH bulbs. Is there a divice that I can get that will get the electrical current to an even 220v to the fixtures?

Help i'm not even sure I explained it correctly.

Sounds like another PG&E problem. You can get a power filter for the whole store. It should clean up your power. It's not going to be cheap though. Do you have a single phase service or three phase. Check your voltage between A and B and then B and C and then A and C. Take those measurements and let me know.
