Would this be good for a small reef tank? A small Bio Load, mayby a Damsel or two.

not enough detail. looks nice, but you need to know more about the lighting and pumps, etc... check jbj units online to get an idea of what would be good stock equipment.

So is this tank a jbj unit?

I can't tell--unless it's a subsidiary or something. What was missing (I didn't give it a huge amount of time) was basic description of lights, etc... If you go somewhere that sells the jbj or jbj itself, you'll see--it's described with a decent amount of detail.
not sure what's available for you, but honestly-it's go with a brand whose been doing these things like jbj or oceanic, etc... so you know what you are getting.

Um, its Jebo.
I just want to start a basic Marine tank, to see if I enjoy the hobby. I dont want to poor to much money if a month later I want to get rid of it.
I am going to get it and give it a go. I will have to start a thread on it.

as doglover said, go with a name brand. I just got a JBJ Nano cube DX for under a hundred and it works great
