my stock list
2 fp clowns
1 flame blenny
1 reg fire fish
1 purple fire fish
1 royal gramma
1 pj cardinal - male
1 mandrine gobie
1 diamond gobie
1 lmb
1 hawian toby puffer
1 yellow clown gobie
1 blue/green chromis

I still want to add

1 pj cardinal -- female
1 fairy wrasse
and 3 or 4 lyertail anthias

do you think i will be over stocked if i add these new fish.

i doubt it ... none of your fish are really large, or require large tanks to swim freely.

1 Poweder Blue Tang
1 False Perc clown
1 highfin shrimp goby
1 yellow clown goby - lives in the fuge
1 scooter blenny
1 diamond goby
1 yellow wrasse
1 blue chromis - has 6 last week ... they disappeared & died one after another
1 rusty angel

i feel like i'm forgetting something .. maybe am ..

but i'd like to add a red/purple firefish, and some anthias ... but that is a few months away.


how do you keep your clown goby in yoru tank? or is he not? i placed him in the tank 2 times, and both times i found him int he sump ... so i ended up putting him in the fuge - thats where he's staying now!

ive never had a problem with any of my fish taking a ride, but then i have strainers on my standpipes

I am new and just set up a 29g biocube. I live in Estero, and have been purchasing everything from Ocean Environments. Whare have you guys purchased your fish etc....?

my recent issue- I added a YWG and the six line wrasse took him out in a few hours.......

your more than fine with what you have there, no big fish, little fish make little waste. My Stocklist on my 310 is as follows

6 inch Achilles Tang
5 inch Regal Tang
4+ inch Yellow tang
2 bicolor anthias
4+ inch square anthias
3 inch sailfin tang
a yashia white ray shrimp goby (haven't seen him but he better be in there lol)
3+ inch maroon clown

Future additions

blonde naso (7 plus inches with streamers)
chevron tang
male crosshatch trigger
male and female pair of wananabei angels
a school of something cool like helfrichi firefish (5)
diamond goby
mandarin
yellow watchman
purple tile fish
and some other small guys

I read an article last week on a guy who had like 150 fish in a 300 gallon sps reef!! don't ask how but it looked really sweet

i am planning on stocking my tank up a bit with fish ... in the future ... if i can ever get everything to work properly & go w/out a failure of someo sort for a few weeks/months. :-/

yea you do have badluck, I diagonosed your tank with "too many fancy gadgets" syndrome. I'd just dump in about a dozen goldfish and run some tapwater, it will clear your problem right up lol.
