I have a 12gal Aqua Pod that has been set up for about 9 months. It has 10-12 lbs of LR (two large pieces) that is doing quite well with all sorts of small organisms seen both during the day and at night.
The tank currently houses a clown, two blue-green chromis, one peppermint shrimp and three turbo snails.
I also have a rather large starburst xenia polyp that I've had to frag more than once. It's really too large for the tank now, but I've not found anyone who wants part of it.
All inhabitants are doing well and my only regret is that I purchased a 12 gal instead of the 24 gal.
Here's my questions. I would like to add an additional cooling fan to the existing one. Can anyone provide details about where to find one i.e. through online purchase?
Do most fan additions have to be hard-wired or do they come with a separate power supply?
Is the canopy easy to get into to install the new fan?
