Compatible tank mates (suggestions please)

I purchased a 3 gallon Eclipse (comes with a Normal Output fluorescent light) for a 1" Mantis Shrimp that was given to me.

I realize fish are out (too small), but kind of live rock/corals/sponges/etc will tolerate the N.O. light?

some shrooms could be fine, and a sponge would work. As long as it dosn't move, the mantis wont kill it.
